And in the rumen, depending upon the concentration of sulfur in the diet, the molybdenum in the diet, the acidity or alkalinity of the rumen, we can make various structural sizes of thiomolybdate. Copper deficiency is very rare, as many foods provide sufficient amounts of the mineral. They will see if you are at risk of copper deficiency and may test your blood copper levels.
