Once-off Services

VAT Returns
Preparation and filing of bi-monthly VAT returns outside of fixed monthly plans. Charged separately per each bi-monthly return depending on the number of transactions (both sales and purchase invoices).
Tax Return Directors
Preparation and filing of annual income tax returns Form F11 for company directors with up to 2 sources of income (PAYE + one other, no trading income). Guide price per 1 director and a single person return.
Virtual CFO
Quarterly management accounts preparation, performance reviews and strategy meetings, forecasting and budgeting advice. Monthly price for the service outside of fixed price packages.
Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping services outside of fixed price packages are charged separately per hour. These may relate to processing purchase and sales invoices or preparation of bank reconciliations, as agreed.
